Little Sarah

The poem “Little Sarah” was written by the poet Anna Maria wells. It was really a wonderful poem with beautiful lines.        Little Sarah was a little girl. She loved her Grandmother. She was a responsible girl. She asked her grandmother about the breakfast to be prepared. Once the grandmother asked her to prepare Johnny-cake quickly.

She went out of her way to make it ready very quickly. Although she makes several attempt to get the corn flour ready for the dish, she meets with failures. But she seems to possess a great will power. She has never given up in-spite of the hurdles on her way. She doesn’t quit her responsibility. At-least her strenuous effort pay off and she gets the field ploughed. Throughout the poem Sarah exhibits great attitude of perseverance.
